Cute pants, but...

I love these pants. Or I want to. They fit perfectly through the waist and hips, and they have enough leg room. They hang nicely when I'm standing still or sitting. However, when I walk the fabric bunches up between my legs--it makes the pants hang really strangely. I thought the lining would mitigate that, but alas, no. I'm keeping them, but in the meantime I'm looking for ways to fix the issue.
