When a visitor to your site clicks on the specialized affiliate tracking links you've placed on your website and completes a purchase within a set time frame, you earn a commission on their purchase. We encourage all interested sites to apply. We’re looking for affiliates who are excited about the fashion industry, love Universal Standard products, and want to share that excitement with their audience.

Affiliates must have a valid website address or social media account and valid email address in order to participate. Affiliates can differentiate themselves by having a top-level domain name and by providing a description of how they intend to participate when they apply to the program on the Impact platform. Please be sure to include any and all URLs you plan to use with your partnership in your application. Membership to the platform is controlled by Impact and we may review/reject/accept any application for any reason. 

By participating in the Universal Standard affiliate program, you agree to our supplemental terms and conditions as noted in the platform.

We personally review affiliate applications every business day, and you should receive an answer within 24-72 hours of applying. If we have a question about your application, we will contact you via the email address you provided upon sign up to Impact.

Yes, however please keep in mind that Universal Standard only ships within the United States at this time, so your site should have a significant United States audience. Also, Impact controls membership to the platform. If you are an international affiliate that is struggling to join the Universal Standard affiliate program, please contact us with your numerical affiliate id and we can take a look into the issue for you.

While we love the enthusiasm from our affiliates, we do not provide free products. We do however provide you with advanced notice of new products, sales events, and on occasion do provide deep discounts on products to active affiliates who are making sales in the program.

Once we approve your site, you will have access within Impact to approved banners, links, and other creative assets that you can utilize to drive traffic to Universal Standard. You can select what best suits your audience. After deciding which links you would like to use, copy your specialized HTML link to your site and it will track your traffic and revenue. You must use the links provided in order to generate commissions. 

Sales and clicks are tracked through affiliate links provided to affiliates in the Impact platform. The code provided to you when you created your link contains specific tracking parameters unique to your account. It is important that the link code is posted to your site EXACTLY as it was given when you created the link. Alterations to this code can result in lost sales and click tracking and we don’t want you to miss out. We maintain a 30 day tracking period.

Affiliates earn commissions on valid Universal Standard sales tracked through their Impact links. Please view the specific details on commissionable products within your account on Impact.

You can access your account at any time, 24 hours a day - 7 days a week at Impact, using the username and password that you selected when signing up for your Impact account. The reporting is all web based, and user-friendly for your convenience. If you have questions or have difficulty locating anything in the Impact interface, please contact us for a walkthrough.

Transactions are finalized or "lock" in Impact 45 days after they occur.

Impact handles all payment processing for affiliates. During the setup process, affiliate partners can make selections for their preferred payout scheduling and thresholds. Affiliates who have reached the $10 USD minimum balance in platform commissions in the previous month are eligible for their autopay feature. At the time that payment is sent, you will see a transaction in your register for the amount of the commissions paid. If your platform balance is less than $10 USD, Impact will carry over your balance to the next month. You can view your sales statistics on Impact throughout the month to see how you are doing.

The possible reasons you may have not received payment could be: 

• You have not yet met the minimum commissions.
• The orders you have earned commissions on have not yet been locked.
• You have not earned any commissions.
• You have not yet set up your payment information
• Your payment is on hold because your account is under investigation by Impact

We take our intellectual property and brand seriously and affiliates must adhere to our branding and trademark guidelines. We do not allow any trademark bidding.

No, we do not make custom Terms and Conditions for individual affiliates. You can review our Terms and Conditions in Impact.

Additionally, affiliates are required to comply with the United States Federal Trade Commission (FTC) Endorsement Guides and Regulations. Any and all instances where affiliate links for Universal Standard are posted as an endorsement or assessment of our products must prominently disclose the fact that you may receive compensation for referring customers to Universal Standard. This disclosure statement should be clear and concise, and follow the guidelines available on the FTC Endorsements website resource.
