The US x Naturalizer (the "Giveaway") is sponsored by Naturalizer, which is a division of BG Retail, LLC., a wholly owned subsidiary brand of Caleres, Inc. (“Naturalizer”) and Universal Standard Inc. (together, the "Sponsors").

1. Eligibility: The Giveaway is open to only legal residents in the United States and the District of Columbia and must be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void in Alaska, Hawaii, Rhode Island, Puerto Rico, Guam and in all other states, territories or locales where restricted or prohibited, and subject to all federal, state, provincial and local laws. Employees of Sponsors, Sponsors’ parent, subsidiaries, affiliated companies, advertising or promotional agencies and the immediate family (defined as parents, spouse, children, siblings, grandparents) of each such employee, and all those with whom the employees are domiciled, are NOT eligible.

2. Giveaway Period: The Giveaway begins on April 10, 2026 at 12:00 am Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on April 12, 2026 at 11:59 pm ET or when the submission page dedicated to the Giveaway is removed (the “Giveaway Period”).  

3. How to Enter the Giveaway: There is NO PURCHASE NECESSARY to participate. A purchase does not increase your chances of winning. To enter the Giveaway, during the Giveaway Period, you must either (i) submit your name, mailing address and email address on the intake form at https://forms.gle/LyoVnMTymfwyG9du8 , or (ii) (a) “Like” the designated Instagram giveaway post, (b) leave a comment on the post and (c) follow both @UniversalStandard and @Naturalizer on Instagram. 

4. Use of computer programs and/or other automated devices to enter the Giveaway is prohibited. Normal internet access and usage charges imposed by your online service will apply. Giveaway entrants agree to adhere to these Giveaway Terms and Conditions, as well as be bound by Universal Standard's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy and Naturalizer’s Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

5. Giveaway Random Drawings: A total of one (1) potential winner will be randomly selected based on a random drawing of all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period. Winners will be notified via Instagram Direct Message to the address provided on the winner's entry email. Determinations made by Sponsors are final on all matters relating to the Giveaway. The winner must reply to the winner notification from Sponsors and include the mailing and/or e-mail address of the winner within forty-eight (48) hours. If a potential winner is not reachable via the Instagram Direct Message and a forwarding email address is not made available or if prize notification is returned as undeliverable, then the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period.

6. Giveaway Prize: A total of one (1) potential winner will be selected and will receive: (i) one (1) pair of Naturalizer shoes (retail value up to $300 excluding the June Ambrose collection styles), and (ii) one (1) Universal Standard discount code valued at $200 to be used at www.universalstandard.com. 

7. No cash in lieu of a prize will be awarded. No substitution or transfer of prize permitted except at the sole discretion of Sponsors who reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. All applicable federal, state, provincial and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner.

8. General Rules: In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of the person submitting an entry, the entry will be deemed submitted by the person in whose name the identified Universal Standard account was registered. By participating in this Giveaway, entrants agree to be bound by the Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsors. Sponsors are not responsible for technical, hardware, software or telephone malfunctions of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incorrect, incomplete, inaccurate, garbled or delayed electronic communications caused by the user or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this Giveaway or by any human error which may occur in the processing of entries in this Giveaway. Sponsors reserve the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual that tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Giveaway; violates the Official Rules; or acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. Sponsors reserve the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Giveaway if it is not capable of running as planned, including, but not limited to, infection by computer virus, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other problems beyond the control of Sponsors and award prizes from among all eligible entries received prior to cancellation. Sponsors and each of its employees, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, and promotion agencies will have no liability or responsibility for any claim arising in connection with participation in this Giveaway or a prize awarded. Winner assumes all liability for any injury or damage caused, or claimed to be caused including computer malfunction, by participation in this Giveaway or by use or redemption of any prize or by any related activities.

9. Publicity: Except where prohibited by law, participation in the Giveaway constitutes participant’s consent to Sponsors’ use of winner’s name, likeness, photograph, voice, opinions and/or hometown/state for promotional purposes in any media without further payment or consideration to the participant.

10. Data Protection/Privacy Policy: Information collected by Sponsors in connection with the Giveaway is subject to Sponsors’ privacy policy located at https://privacy.universalstandard.com and https://www.naturalizer.com/legal/privacy-policy?icid=Footer_Policies_PrivacyPolicy. Each entrant agrees to the collection, processing and storage of entrant’s personal data by Sponsors for purposes of the Giveaway.

11. Limitation of Liability and General Release: By participating, each entrant agrees: (a) to abide by these Official Rules and decisions of Sponsors, which shall be final and binding in all respects relating to this Giveaway; (b) to release, discharge and hold harmless Sponsors and their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, retailers, and advertising and promotion agencies, and the respective officers, directors, shareholders, employees, agents and representatives of the forgoing (collectively, "Released Parties") from any and all injuries, liability, losses and damages of any kind to persons, including death, or property resulting, in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from his/her participation in the Giveaway or any Giveaway-related activity or the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any awarded prize (including any activity related thereto); and (c) to the use of his/her name, voice, performance, photograph/video, entry, social media profile picture, image and/or likeness for programming, advertising, publicity and promotional purposes in any and all media, now or hereafter known, worldwide and on the Internet, and in perpetuity by Sponsors and its designees, without compensation, notification (unless prohibited by law) or additional consents from nominator or any third party and without prior notice, approval or inspection, and to execute specific consent to such use if asked to do so. Released Parties are not responsible for lost, incomplete, damaged, inaccurate, stolen, delayed, misdirected, undelivered, or garbled entries; or for lost, interrupted or unavailable network, server, Internet Service Provider (ISP), website, or other connections, availability or accessibility or miscommunications or failed computer, satellite, telephone or cable transmissions, lines, or technical failure or jumbled, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected transmissions or computer hardware or software malfunctions, failures or difficulties, or other errors or difficulties of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic, computer, network, typographical, printing or otherwise relating to or in connection with the Giveaway, including, without limitation, errors or difficulties which may occur in connection with the administration of the Giveaway, the processing of entries, the announcement of the prizes, or in any Giveaway-related materials. Released Parties are also not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by site users, tampering, hacking, or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Giveaway. Released Parties are not responsible for injury or damage to any person's computer related to or resulting from participating in this Giveaway or downloading materials from or use of the website. SPONSORS AND RELEASED PARTIES ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY INJURY OR DAMAGE, WHETHER TO YOU OR TO ANY OTHER PERSON OR TO ANY PROPERTY, RELATED TO OR RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCEPTANCE AND/OR USE OF ANY PRIZE. BY PARTICIPATING IN ANY GIVEAWAY OR ACCEPTING ANY PRIZE, YOU EXPRESSLY ASSUME ALL LIABILITY AND RESPONSIBILITY FOR YOUR PARTICIPATION AND USE OF A PRIZE AND AGREE THAT YOUR PARTICIPATION IS SOLELY AT YOUR OWN RISK.

12. Let’s Try To Sort Things Out First: We want to address your concerns without needing a formal legal case. Before filing a claim against Sponsors, you agree to try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting legal@universalstandard.net. We’ll try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting you via email. If a dispute is not resolved within 90 days of submission of a claim – and only then – you or Sponsors may bring a formal proceeding.

13. Winners List/Rules: For a copy of the Official Rules or for the name of the prize winner, mail a stamped, self-addressed envelope by April 30, 2026 at 11:59 PM PT to: Universal Standard Inc. Attention: US x Naturalizer, 20 Jay Street Suite 930 Brooklyn, NY 11201. Only one request per envelope.
