Love!

"I was so glad they brought these back! I have the original style and loved how stretchy and comfy they were. They also were a little longer. The first time I tried the new ones the fabric feels a little different and had a bit less give. Not as silky. But I wore them all day with a dress and loved them! No issues with the waist or legs moving. They were comfy in the humid heat and I'm so glad they are back! I got the same size, S, and they felt a little snugger but not in a bad way. I think the crotch area was redesigned and that also fits better than the previous design."

Great for summer dresses

The item has changed drastically since 2024

"I had a pair of these slip shorts from 2024 that I loved, but recently I ordered them again only to discover the sizing has become much smaller and the shorts are completely different. They are much tighter now and feel less breathable, so be careful on sizing. I am always a size M in Universal Standard bottoms, and the shorts I ordered do not fit me at all. It's a shame because the pair I have from 2024 have been so reliable and useful!"

Surprisingly fantastic

"So, I’ve bought a fair amount of these types of shorts, many of which promise to be cool. This pair was amazing. The fabric was soft, easy to move in, and hardly noticeable. Living in a hot climate, it’s hard to find good, cool layers. I was surprised how good these felt."

Preferred the original style

"I love the original style of these that I bought back in 2022. I ordered a couple more pairs recently in the same size without realizing the style had changed. They run smaller now, and they roll down from the waist and up from the thighs. I took off the tags and threw them in the drawer before I realized this so I'm stuck with them."

Comfortable and effective

"These shorts are incredibly comfortable. My main quibble with shaping wear is that it's hard to get on and off. These however are comfortable while providing enough smoothing to work well under my dresses and prevent chafing!"
