"I’ve shopped US for years, and this is the first time I’ve been disappointed in the quality of an item. It arrived with a flaw in the fabric that made for a dark spot when worn, a small pull on the sleeve, and the stitching at the neckline starting to separate. The color was gorgeous, but between the fabric feel and quality, I had to return it. I was able to get the return fee waived, but it was still disappointing to go through the hassle for a brand new style that doesn’t come near to matching the quality and comfort of everything I’ve purchased in the past."
