"Loved this so much I purchased 2 more. One in black and one in pinstripe. Still waiting on delivery. I have the jackets and skirts and hope to wear this as much as possible!! In a formal suit with a skirt or jeans and cowboy boots! Don't pass these up! I went down a size. I'm an XL and purchased an L wanted a tighter fit. I'm also in-between sizes (loosing weight)."
Caution washing
"The fit is great and love the look. I have this in black and the bright blue from last year. Which I haven’t tried to wash yet. When I washed the black in cold, low detergent, in a garment bag on gentle and extra rinse, I ended up with weird white/detergent marks all over. Website says machine washable. Garment tag says dry clean only. I’ve been able to so far scrub out some of the marks with a damp cellulose dusting cloth (photo was taken half way through and bad lighting but you can see the discoloration). I’ve a ponte skirt from another brand that did the same thing hence the extra rinse and low detergent but I went by the website."

"I love the washable fabric, snap/button closure and longer length/relaxed fit! I would like to see models wearing dark vests with washable pastel coordinating blouses, especially long sleeve and 3/4 sleeve blouses in colors like pale blue, pale aqua, pale pink, or ivory trimmed with the vest color. To sell more vests, buyers need to see how to accessorize vests with vest-friendly, color-coordinated tops. Also, I would like to see these vests modeled as sexy formal evening wear and as summer wear. A washable ivory pinstripe vest would be a great spring or summer accessory. Think "Great Gatsby"."
A classic piece with a classic UniStd issue
"Overall, this is a great piece and I'd love to order in other colors. Feels like it runs a little too large through the midsection to be called truly tailored. My major complaint is about specific details, something I've come to unfortunately expect from Universal Standard every time I try again. The thread holding the secure-fit snaps is NOT secure. After my first pre-wear wash, the top snap had come loose. After only a month or two of wear, now ALL of them have come loose. I didn't pay $100+ to have to sew the snaps back on myself when they were billed as ""secure"". Incredibly disappointed, as I really wanted to love this piece!"
