The "Win Your Summary Wardrobe" Giveaway (the "Giveaway") is sponsored by Universal Standard Inc. (the "Sponsor"), with offices located at 20 Jay Street Suite 930, Brooklyn, NY 11201 and a telephone number of 844-394-8587. 

1. Eligibility: The Giveaway is open to only legal residents in the United States and the District of Columbia and must be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void in Alaska, Hawaii, Rhode Island, Puerto Rico, Guam and in all other states, territories or locales where restricted or prohibited, and subject to all federal, state, provincial and local laws. Employees of Sponsor, Sponsor's parent, subsidiaries, affiliated companies, advertising or promotional agencies and the immediate family (defined as parents, spouse, children, siblings, grandparents) of each such employee, and all those with whom the employee are domiciled, are NOT eligible. By participating in this Giveaway, all entrants represent and warrant that they are eligible to win and that they agree to be bound by these Official Rules and acknowledge understanding and acceptance of Universal Standard’s Privacy Policy, as amended from time to time, which can be read here: https://www.universalstandard.com/legal/privacy-policy, and Universal Standard’s Terms of Service, as amended from time to time, including without limitation the mandatory Arbitration Agreement, which can be read here: https://www.universalstandard.com/legal/terms-of-service.

2. Giveaway Period: The Giveaway begins on May 15, 2025 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on June 1, 2025 at 11:59 p.m. ET or when the landing page/pop-up dedicated to the Giveaway is removed from the website (the "Giveaway Period").

3. How to Enter the Giveaway: There is NO PURCHASE NECESSARY to participate. A purchase does not increase your chances of winning. To enter the Giveaway, during the Giveaway Period, you must either (i) submit your name, mailing address and email address on the intake form here, or (ii) provide your email address & phone number on the landing page/pop-up dedicated to the Giveaway.  Entries must be complete and received before the end of the respective Giveaway day to be eligible for the Giveaway prize drawing. Giveaway entries are limited to one (1) per household per day. Use of computer programs and/or other automated devices to enter the Giveaway is prohibited. Normal internet access and usage charges imposed by your online service will apply. Giveaway entrants agree to adhere to Universal Standard's Terms of Service (https://www.universalstandard.com/legal/terms-of-service)  and are bound by its Privacy Policy (https://www.universalstandard.com/legal/privacy-policy).

4. Giveaway Random Drawings: A total of one (1) potential winner will be randomly selected based on a random drawing of all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period on or about June 2, 2025. The winner will be notified via email to the address provided on the winner's entry email. Determinations made by Sponsor are final on all matters relating to the Giveaway. The winner must reply to the winner notification from Sponsor and include the mailing and/or e-mail address of the winner within forty-eight (48) hours. If a potential winner is not reachable at the email address provided and a forwarding email address is not made available or if prize notification is returned as undeliverable, then the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period.

5. Giveaway Prize: A total of one (1) winner will be selected who will receive one (1) discount code valid at www.UniversalStandard.com in the amount of $1,000. No substitution or transfer of prize permitted except at the sole discretion of Sponsor who reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. All applicable federal, state, provincial and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner.

6. General Rules: In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of the person submitting an entry, the entry will be deemed submitted by the person in whose name the identified Universal Standard account was registered. By participating in this Giveaway, entrants agree to be bound by the Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor. Sponsor is not responsible for technical, hardware, software or telephone malfunctions of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incorrect, incomplete, inaccurate, garbled or delayed electronic communications caused by the user or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this Giveaway or by any human error which may occur in the processing of entries in this Giveaway. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual that tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Giveaway; violates the Official Rules; or acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Giveaway if it is not capable of running as planned, including, but not limited to, infection by computer virus, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other problems beyond the control of Sponsor and award prizes from among all eligible entries received prior to cancellation. Sponsor and each of its employees, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, and promotion agencies will have no liability or responsibility for any claim arising in connection with participation in this Giveaway or a prize awarded. Winner assumes all liability for any injury or damage caused, or claimed to be caused including computer malfunction, by participation in this Giveaway or by use or redemption of any prize or by any related activities.

7. Publicity: Except where prohibited by law, participation in the Giveaway constitutes participant’s consent to Sponsor’s use of winner’s name, likeness, photograph, voice, opinions and/or hometown/state for promotional purposes in any media without further payment or consideration to the participant.

8. Data Protection/Privacy Policy: Information collected by Sponsor in connection with the Giveaway is subject to Sponsor’s privacy policy located at https://www.universalstandard.com/legal/privacy-policy. Each entrant agrees to the collection, processing and storage of entrant’s personal data by Sponsor for purposes of the Giveaway.

9. Limitation of Liability and General Release: By participating, each entrant agrees: (a) to abide by these Official Rules and decisions of Sponsor, which shall be final and binding in all respects relating to this Giveaway; (b) to release, discharge and hold harmless Sponsor and their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, retailers, and advertising and promotion agencies, and the respective officers, directors, shareholders, employees, agents and representatives of the forgoing (collectively, "Released Parties") from any and all injuries, liability, losses and damages of any kind to persons, including death, or property resulting, in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from his/her participation in the Giveaway or any Giveaway-related activity or the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any awarded prize (including any activity related thereto); and (c) to the use of his/her name, voice, performance, photograph/video, entry, social media profile picture, image and/or likeness for programming, advertising, publicity and promotional purposes in any and all media, now or hereafter known, worldwide and on the Internet, and in perpetuity by Sponsor and its designees, without compensation, notification (unless prohibited by law) or additional consents from nominator or any third party and without prior notice, approval or inspection, and to execute specific consent to such use if asked to do so. Released Parties are not responsible for lost, incomplete, damaged, inaccurate, stolen, delayed, misdirected, undelivered, or garbled entries; or for lost, interrupted or unavailable network, server, Internet Service Provider (ISP), website, or other connections, availability or accessibility or miscommunications or failed computer, satellite, telephone or cable transmissions, lines, or technical failure or jumbled, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected transmissions or computer hardware or software malfunctions, failures or difficulties, or other errors or difficulties of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic, computer, network, typographical, printing or otherwise relating to or in connection with the Giveaway, including, without limitation, errors or difficulties which may occur in connection with the administration of the Giveaway, the processing of entries, the announcement of the prizes, or in any Giveaway-related materials. Released Parties are also not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by site users, tampering, hacking, or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Giveaway. Released Parties are not responsible for injury or damage to any person's computer related to or resulting from participating in this Giveaway or downloading materials from or use of the website. SPONSOR AND RELEASED PARTIES ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY INJURY OR DAMAGE, WHETHER TO YOU OR TO ANY OTHER PERSON OR TO ANY PROPERTY, RELATED TO OR RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCEPTANCE AND/OR USE OF ANY PRIZE. BY PARTICIPATING IN ANY GIVEAWAY OR ACCEPTING ANY PRIZE, YOU EXPRESSLY ASSUME ALL LIABILITY AND RESPONSIBILITY FOR YOUR PARTICIPATION AND USE OF A PRIZE AND AGREE THAT YOUR PARTICIPATION IS SOLELY AT YOUR OWN RISK.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: THE TERMS OF SERVICE CONTAIN A MANDATORY ARBITRATION AGREEMENT, REQUIRING ANY DISPUTE BETWEEN YOU AND UNIVERSAL STANDARD TO BE EXCLUSIVELY RESOLVED BY FINAL AND BINDING INDIVIDUAL ARBITRATION AND REQUIRING YOU TO FOREGO JURY TRIALS, CLASS OR COLLECTIVE ACTIONS OR PROCEEDINGS, AND ALL OTHER TYPES OF COURT PROCEEDINGS OF ANY KIND, SUBJECT TO LIMITED EXCEPTIONS. UNLESS YOU OPT-OUT IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE OPT-OUT PROCEDURES CONTAINED IN OUR TERMS OF SERVICE, YOU WILL BE BOUND BY THE ARBITRATION AGREEMENT CONTAINED IN OUR TERMS OF SERVICE. BY ENTERING THIS GIVEAWAY, ACCESSING, USING, AND/OR BUYING ANY PRODUCT THROUGH THE WEBSITE, YOU EXPRESSLY ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ AND UNDERSTAND THE TERMS OF THE ARBITRATION AGREEMENT CONTAINED IN THE TERMS OF SERVICE AND HAVE TAKEN TIME TO CONSIDER THE CONSEQUENCES OF THIS IMPORTANT DECISION.

11. Let’s Try To Sort Things Out First: We want to address your concerns without needing a formal legal case. Before filing a claim against Sponsor, you agree to try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting legal@universalstandard.net. We’ll try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting you via email. If a dispute is not resolved within 90 days of submission of a claim – and only then – you or Sponsor may bring a formal proceeding.
