"This was one of the first shirts I got from Universal Standard. Based on the size chart, I was an S (14-16). I decided to trust the size chart, and I am very happy with the results. The shirt fits nicely-- not too big or oversized, not too tight (anywhere), which is not always the case for me with an hourglass figure. This shirt is especially flattering with the tie hitting in just the right place and skimming, not clinging to my hips. I can wear this to work for sure. I like the colors and the print-- the blue and dark stripe is an unusual and flattering combination. I am about 5'7", long waisted, and weight ranges from 195-205. The style is great, which I think I covered above but will specifically mention."
