We recommend measuring yourself for the best fit. Measure around your bust at the fullest point, your waist at the narrowest part, and your hips at the fullest part. Compare your measurements to our size chart to find your perfect fit. Our sizes range from 00-40 (4XS to 4XL). If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up. What is Universal Sizing?

We thought conventional sizing seemed skewed, so we shifted the spotlight to reflect the real bell curve. If the average woman wears a size 18, then that should be called a Medium, right? Our sample size is an 18, and we engineer every single size from there to ensure the perfect fit for all of US. Our sizes range from 00-40 (4XS to 4XL in Universal Standard sizing).

We offer free shipping and fast returns. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange items through our Returns Portal at universalstandard.happyreturns.com. Exchanges are free for domestic customers. Please note that Final Sale items are not eligible for returns.

Ideal shirt

"This shirt is pretty much my ideal fit. Before this one, I had never had any success with shirts from US. They’re all way too long and made of that clingy “liquid” fabric. This shirt on the other hand is just the right length and is 95% cotton. A dream! I’m 5’4” and typically wear a M from US. The only complaint I have about this shirt is that it’s only available in black and white—give it to me in all those beautiful jewel tones!!"

"It’s not cropped but shorter than most tees, really a great length. The fabric is on the thinner side, but not see-thru at all. Soft, but material seems a little clingy. Maybe that will improve after another wash. Overall, nice."

Super flattering - exceeded my expectations;

"This tee exceeds my expectations! I was nervous it would be too short but it hits just below my waist and provides good coverage for a cropped look. It is very flattering - in person the sleeves are a bit stylized. I love rexes but sometimes they are too long and I don't like tucking in my shirts. I highly recommend this shirt if you want something that accentuates your waist but doesn't need to be tucked! Please make more colors!"
