Our Tina Cotton Poplin Shirtdress marries our favorite design elements with our very best fit details. Our signature “Alex V” (named after our founder) is adapted into the sharply cut neckline, finished with a curved collar. Short sleeves are tailored with a close-fitting armhole for a polished silhouette. The fit-and-flare shape skims the waist and is finished with a matching belt. Side-seam pockets and hidden snaps at the placket that prevent gaping provide the final touches. Richly embroidered, the dress is lined with cotton sewn into the garment, so there is no twisting of layers—giving you a flawless summer look from day to night.

"I have two of these, the hibiscus print and the pink. I just love them. Even though the pink is a strong color it is not eye-popping and I feel very comfortable wearing it anywhere I want. I just want to add that when I ordered my regular size I was miserable with what arrived. When I reordered at a lower size I was very happy."

"I got this in two colors, magenta and brown, and really prefer the Hyper Pink, really makes a statement. Great quality cotton eyelet, beautifully positioned on the dress. With the lining and fairly heavy cotton, this is best suited to spring and fall in my hot climate. It’s stunning, and I hope US will make it in more colors. Great fit and love the pockets"

"Compliments on day 1 with this dress! No gaping even though there’s buttons all down the front and I usually have issues with that but there are multiple snaps keeping the dress closed. Every measurement is perfect and the skirt is perfectly balanced to the top. Love the sleeves too!"

"I debated between the XS and the S, but based on chest/waist/hip measurements, I decided on the small. While the dress fit most everywhere, I think I need to go up a size. The armholes were very tight for my swimmer arms and shoulders. Hoping the larger size fits better in the shoulders and doesn't overwhelm my bottom half, because the dress is lovely otherwise. Fabric has a great weight and the cutouts add a nice bit of interest for an all black dress."
