Perfect trench but imperfect packaging

I ordered the black trench and used the sizing guidelines on the website. It fits perfectly, but it didn’t look crisp like a new coat should look. The coat was quite wrinkled after unpacking it and I tried to steam it and then iron it. The coat wasn’t inexpensive and should have been packaged better.
