A: Mystery Box is our most-anticipated shopping event. Limited-edition mystery boxes are available in limited quantities for a very limited time. These thematic boxes have been curated by US to include 2-3 surprise styles that we know you'll love. Because they're a mystery, boxes are offered at some of our best discounts all year. Because these prices are unbeatable, boxes are final sale. Without risk, there's no reward! Oh, and sometimes you'll even have the opportunity to unbox brand new, never-before-seen styles that we made just for Mystery Box.

Q: I'm an international customer, can I purchase a Mystery Box?

A: Yes! Si! Oui! Ja! Da!

Q: Is Mystery Box final sale?

A: Mystery Box is such a unique experience (at an amazing value) we're not able to accomodate any returns or exchanges. All Mystery Box purchases are final sale. Trust US with your box!

Q: Are Fit Liberty items received in Mystery Box, Fit Liberty eligible?

A: Any Fit Liberty items received in Mystery Box will not be eligible for a Fit Liberty exchange. All Mystery Box purchases are final sale.

Q: I'm a different size in tops and bottoms and what size should I order?

A: We can't tell you exactly what's in the box, but we recommend going by your typical alpha size (4XS - 4XL) or most frequently purchased size with US.
First time US customers are encouraged to review the size chart or reach out for help! We have our own unique sizing!

Q: If I check out with a Mystery Box and a non-Mystery Box item, will they ship together?

A: Yes, your order will ship all together! We know you'll be anxiously checking your mailbox! Orders can take up to 4 weeks to ship, we promise it is worth the wait!

Q: When will my credit card be charged for my Mystery Box purchase?

A: Your credit card will be charged at the time of your purchase. Depending on your credit card company, you may see different timelines for the charge to appear on your statement.

Q: I'm excited to partake but have style preferences, are you able to accommodate?

A: Our team dreams about, plans for and thinks about Mystery Box for most of the year! We know that you will be blown away with the pieces in your box. With that being said, we are unable to look at wishlists or reference exact order history, nor do we collect personal preference(s) but we know the magic of the unboxing moment will go beyond your expectations!

Q: I'm a loyal customer, will I receive an item that I already own?

A: We adore our existing US customers who partake in Mystery Box. That being said, we do not reference your previous order history. There is a chance you'll receive an item you already own.

Q: I want to order multiple boxes and ship a couple to someone with a different address. Can I provide multiple shipping addresses at checkout?

A: We encourage gifting, but we're not able to accommodate multiple shipping addresses per single order. If you're interested in sending someone special a Mystery Box (lucky them), then we'd recommend placing a separate order with their shipping information.

Q: How long does shipping take?

A: Due to Mystery Box popularity shipping can take up to 4 weeks. Please know that we are doing everything possible to streamline shipping. In the past, our carriers have been a bit delayed in updating tracking due to volume. Good things are worth the wait! We appreciate the patience as our carriers work hard to delivery happiness to you!
